Tuition is based on how many hours you sign up for. You receive 32 classes from August-May. There is a discount already built in the more hours you sign up for. At registration you pay for the first month of tuition plus a registration fee.

All families must have a credit or debit card on file from which tuition and other fees are drafted on due dates. If payment is not by the 5th, a $15 late fee will automatically be added to the account. We use an automatic payment system that will charge your card on file every 1st of each month. All charges will appear on your bank statement as being from Beyond the Spotlight. A $25 NSF fee will apply if payment is declined. If you choose to pay opt-out of auto-pay please e-mail your request to admin@btsdancestudio.com

Each class will receive a costume to wear for their recital performance in May. Each costume is $85 dollars and is broken down into 2 payments:

 1st payment: October 14

2nd payment: November 18

No refunds will be given after they have been purchased. 

Any classes that get canceled due to weather, will have no make-up days scheduled. 

If you have class on Labor Day or Halloween, your class will be given a virtual class to do at home to make up for no class on those holidays. 

If you miss a class due to illness or other reason you can send an e-mail requesting a virtual class to do at home as your make up class. You also have the option to take another class close to the same level you are currently signed up for. Please send an e-mail to the studio to figure out what class you may come to. 

If you choose to withdraw from all classes, you will need to submit a written notice 30 days prior to the next month’s tuition. If it is less than 30 days’ notice, you will be required to pay a fee equal to one month’s tuition.
